cannot get /error-500

cannot get /error-500 is there any fix for this error i tried to clear %localappdata% and ran as administrator but getting same error on different PC’s with different network

Welcome the Unreal Forums. I’d be happy to take a look into the error. But, I may need a bit more information. Where are you receiving the error-500? (When and where is this occurring?)

If that is happening in Epic Launcher when you’re trying to download it, I’d try rebooting any modem/router and also disconnecting from any VPN’s that you use in an attempt to see what is causing the error. If you haven’t, I’d also consider reinstalling Epic Launcher completely. Let me know if this helps.
