Cannot download Unreal Engine 4.

Am unable to download Unreal Engine 4, because I am a standard user on my Windows 8.1 Pc (dad set it up, most likely won’t let me download this because Im very shy) and I dont know the password, and my dad is currently away until tommorow, and my mom maybe knows the password.

any help? will ask my mom to download it for me to see if it works.

If your parents put parental controls on there then you’ll need to ask them to allow you to download and install it.
