Cannot Download Anything from Unreal

Hey Guys,
So yesterday I started having an issue trying to download 4.7.6 as seen here so after trying everything in this section and this post I had no luck. So then I rebooted my router and modem to see if that would help still with no luck. So I decided to uninstall everything from my PC and delete all traces of EPIC and Unreal. After doing that I went back to the Unreal Dashboard to download a new version of the launcher. When I try to download it I get about 1.0 mb downloaded and it just freezes up and sits there. So I tried to browse around the Unreal Wiki to try and download anything. No matter what I click to download I get the same issue, it downloads a couple hundred kb and then freezes up. When I go to any other site I can download things just fine. It seems to be only things I try to download from the Unreal sites.

To test a if it was my PC or the network I decided to tether to my cell phones 4G and to my surprise it worked perfectly. There is definitely something wrong but I cannot figure out what it is. I went into my router settings and tried to look for clues and nothing has changed in there since I had downloaded the previous version of UE4. Do you have any ideas what could be going wrong, or things I can try to get it fixed?

Hi Gravedigger7789,

Thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps and other suggestions before posting. This issue maybe due to something we are investigating at the moment. Could you follow the steps in this section of the guide to generate your Debug Logs. They are different than the standard logs posted above.

Here you go  I zipped it up since it was too large to attach.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for all your help and quick responses. I tried it again without changing any settings and it worked perfectly. I’m not sure what got updated on your end but it seems like the issue is resolved.
Thanks!!!

Hm that’s curious, nothing changed over the weekend on our end. I’m glad you’re able to download though, if you run into anymore problems please let us know!
