I’ve paid for several of the packages but the site refuses to let me download them. At this point I don’t know if the site is down or being DoS’d or what. Going to my vault and selecting any package takes me to the download page but when I click Download it just sits there forever. Below, the comments section also just sits there with a spinning wheel, never loading.
Is the site down or broken? How do I get my money back on the packages that refuse to download?
