Cannot Download Any Content

Hello,

I have been facing issues for weeks now, I have tried all the methods on the answers hub and Help Desk.
I cannot download any content.
I tried downloading Unreal Engine 4.12 it would always crash at 1%.
I have tried downloading examples and content and it doesn’t download.
All my content I try to download, downloads for a while and the launcher then crashes.
Please help me fix this.
Recently I have tried downloading the Infiltrator Demo and it has crashed several times in between after every 50MB is downloaded.

I have already done that and it’s been 2 days without any reply =/ , I need help with this urgently as I’m running out of time to develop my project .I hope you understand and I hope there’s a fix for this, I’ve seen several others facing the same issues I tried everything but they always crash after a while =/ .Please help me ASAP .
