If I have a text widget in a WidgetBlueprint and I choose to Wrap with Canvas Panel it will properly create a Canvas Panel (A) hierarchy with the text widget as a child. If I then move those children under a different Canvas Panel (B) then (A) is left empty. If I attempt to delete (A), it doesn’t delete. Instead, its Details (Behavior, Render Transform, etc) vanish. At that point, the Canvas Panel node just hangs. I cannot add to it nor can I move it (actually I cannot move a “Wrap with” Canvas Panel at any time). The only way to kill the node is to delete it’s parent. This problem does not occur with the Canvas Panels dragged into the Hierarchy from the Palette. What’s up with that?
This is occurring with Unreal 4.6.0.
