Cannot create project with UE 5.5

I can’t create any projects with UE. I’m new to UE so any advice would be appreciated.

CPU: Intel Core i9 14900KF
Mainboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-A Gaming wifi
Ram: 128GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2, Build 19045.5131 DirectX 12.0

The report says: “EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION” followed by a report related to ShaderProcessor
Usually this indicates that it can’t use the GPU, try to update your GPU drivers

I updated to the latest version of the GPU and tried tweaking or leaving it default to NIVIDIA but it didn’t get any better, even getting the “blue screen of death”.
Currently, I’m only running UE 5.5.
Please someone optimize this GPU, it costs too much to get results that can’t run UE. cry cry…

I tried with UE version 5.0.3 and got new message:

Help me, please!!!

Memory overflow, it should be due to a faulty memory module. First, unplug all the memory modules, then try to create a project by inserting only one module into the socket, and test each memory module one by one. If all memory modules successfully create the project, it may be due to a faulty motherboard.

Now it didn’t see the error part about GPU.
I see that you installing in D, try to install in C instead. Also, open the launcher as administrator and find the exe of your Enreal Engine version and in property tell it to start as an administrator. Maybe it didn’t have permissions to write on disk. Also enter in the property of the D disk and see if under security the administrator has all permission allowed

I installed it by default according to the installer, without changing any path, but for some reason it reported an error about the path to drive D:
