Cannot create C++ projects in Unreal Engine 4.19.0

I Unreal Engine 4 version 4.19.0 I am receiving the error ’ . ’ hexadecimal value 0x00 is an invalid character. I have enabled everything I needed in Visual Studio 2017 but I am still getting the error. May someone please tell me what the problem is and how I could fix it? Thank you.
