I tried to follow the steps to request a Quixel Point Conversion for refund but the form cannot be filled out and completed. Fields disappear and therefore the continue button isn’t enabled. I want to request the refund, anybody can help figure this out?
I had the same problem. I was unable to fill in the name in the form. So I used the other solution to send it to the epic wallet. Then I found out that you can not transfer or withdraw founds from epic!!! That is outrageous. no warnings, nothing… wrote to the support and they say I cant get it back! what a nonsense…
