Cannot close editor

So i cannot close unreal editor when I click ‘exit’ or the ‘X’ nothing happens

For now I’ve just ‘end tasked’ it, but that makes me nervous. I haven’t encountered the issue with any other software on my computer. Issue started happening after I applied latest update
