Cannot buy assets, Error 404 and Captcha error

Summary

Cannot buy any assets from the FAB store.

Different platform or browser do not help.

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. add product to cart
  2. Klick place order
  3. accept the pop up

Expected Result

I get my asset

Observed Result

I get redericted to a webpage that says ERROR: 404 or it tells me that i didnt complete a captcha but i never get a pop up for that.

Platform

Chrome, Edge and firefox

Operating System

Both Apple and Windows

Additional Notes

I need this fixed by TODAY or i will get problems with my client. The whole studio cant buy assets.

I’ve made same post and it seems to not be getting any traction from fab developers
