Cannot build for Android after update to UE4.8.1 or 4.8.2

I have not added any code or made any changes to the project since version 4.8.0 when my project would build just fine for Windows and Android. Since then I accepted the update to version 4.8.1 and now my project will not build in Android but is still fine for Windows. Researched and have posted the problem several time with no response from anyone. Version 4.8.2 came out and since I had nothing to lose I updated to it. Same issue. Is there anyone who is willing to assist me in finding the problem. I have worked on this project for a year and a half and I am trying to launch it to the public. (Which I have, in the Windows standalone version). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
