In developing my tooling I created a function for an actor with “Call in Editor” set to true, which generates a button in the details panel for that actor when selected in the viewport. But it’s difficult to find this in the long list of properties, so the obvious fix would be to use the Add to Favorites functionality in the details panel to pin it to the top. But it doesn’t work! It’s nice that we can add these buttons but it ends up almost useless if you can’t find them.
I’m going to try to add something to an editor utility widget in the mean time but please allow us to “Add to Favorites” custom functions in the details panel.
