I cannot add my bank into the Hyperwallet. Somehow the BIC/SWIF code is “invalid entry”. I’m sure I entered the correct code and account number because I use the same for other Hyperwallet portal before. I also try different bank but to no avail.
I have completed all the tax info, trader verification, submit ID etc. All have been successfully verified. I have not contacted support yet, I will wait a few days more. Maybe things will be sorted out later. I’m just wondering is anyone else have the same problem.
I knew this day will come. Never put your egg in one basket guys. Last resort is cash pickup with MoneyGram, but it is so far. If I cannot add my bank, I will definitely not put my asset in Fab and focus on other stores and doing commission.
