Cannot Acquire Licenses :(

Hi there,

 

I have migrated to the new Epic accounts for RC.  Howver when I try and aquire a license for a file export (I have plenty PPI credits) it promts me to a popup that says 'In order  to make a purchase please migrate to an Epic Games Account).

On clicking the link, it takes me to my RC/ Epic account that has already been migrated.  

But I am still left with the problem of not being able to acquire a license when in RC.

Any help/ advice to get this sorted would be appreciated.

Hi Robin,

Apologies for the inconvenience. This might be because you are signed into the app with your legacy account. In the app go to settings in the workflow tab, in settings expand licenses and choose “change application owner” and sign in with your epic games account.
