I am currently unable to access my existing support ticket due to login/SSO issue.
I got a mail notifying that I got a reply to my ticket but when I clicked ‘see my ticket‘ button from the mail, I was led to unavailable site ( https://communityportal.epicgames.com/s/unavailable)
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Cleared browser cookies and cache

Attempted login using a different browser

Used incognito/private browsing mode

Accessed the EOS Help page directly via the Dev Portal
When accessing via the Dev Portal, I am already logged in to the portal,
but upon entering the EOS Help site, the login session appears to be lost and I am prompted to log in again.
Despite these attempts, I consistently encounter the following error:
“PORTAL_USER_ALREADY_EXISTS_FOR_CONTACT” and redirected to to the unavailable site ( https://communityportal.epicgames.com/s/unavailable)
Could you please assist in resolving this issue or provide access to my existing case?
