Can you tweak the mesh of a metahuman and preserve its rig?

Hi, I would like to sculpt in ZBrush on top of the metahuman I have created, keeping the same topology, but just turn it into a creature-like character. Is it possible to do so and keep the rig/materials/etc…? If so how?

In short yes, I’ve made adjustments to both the body and face in blender and it keeps the face morph shapes in place, I’ve only made minor adjustments to eye shape, nose and ears but possible. Not sure how you would go about this in zbrush though.
