Can you own fortnite on one console or two? I play fortnite on my xbox but I just got it on my PC and it says "Your account cannot play on this platform. Please contact customer support."

I just git fortnite BR on my PC today. I also own it on Xbox but since I’m a better PC player, I thought why not get it on PC. I use the same EPIC GAMES account on my Xbox and when I log into Fortnite BR, I get the following message, “Your account cannot play on this console. Please contact customer support.” Can you play Fortnite BR on only one platform or multiple?
