Can you make a 2D isometric game like Tibia in UE5?

Hi, just like the question, is it good idea to make 2d isometric game MMO RPG like Tibia in UE5 or there are other engines that are more suitable for that like godot or unity or game maker?

Yes, I was reading about Paper2D plugin, and it seems really good for platforms games like cuphead or something like that, but what about chunking and making server instances of map split? Tibia has over 3mln walkable tiles with monsters and players, is plugin strong enough?

Yea, it should be fine. But, it may come down to just personal preference.
