Can you help me confirm what my current license is?

Hi Vincent,

I believe I am also an early adopter of TM2019, but I cannot find a way to confirm this only that I still have access to the installation file for 2019. Will you be able to double check my account and see if my license qualifies for commercial work also. It would be much appreciated!

Kind Regards,

Shpend [Zog10]

Hello ,

Thank you for contacting me and asking regarding your account with Twinmotion 2019 and it seems like you have the correct entitlements for your account to get this commercial version and any free upgrades until December, 31st 2022. After that date you can choose to get a subscription or keep using the version you have access to at that time. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any issues or follow-up questions.

Kind regards,

Vincent B.

Hi Vincent,

Thank you for your help in clarifying the status of my account!

Hello Vincent.B

Sorry for asking again, but i just want to be sure to understand your terms correctly.

I downloaded TM in 2019, and my license makes it possible to export in higher quality than 2k.

Therefore i wasnt sure, about my kind of license, but after your answer to "zog 10" i assumed i have a "commercial license", because of the date of my tm download (2019, early acces?).

Does this commercial License remains a commercial license after december, 31st 2022?

Do i have to pay, for future Upgrades of TM after december, 31st 2022, or are the upgrades still available for free to me, because of beeing an "early acces member" since 2019 ?

Kind regards,

Alex :)

Hello ,

Thank you for the follow-up and if you were an early adopter you got a commercial license (it would say if it's not at the top in the menu).

As long as you have the hardware/machine that supports the version your trying to work with, you can still use it after December 31st 2022.

Twinmotion 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Preview 1 should be accessible as an early adopter and the license terms do not change. You will be able to continue doing commercial work with those versions. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Kind regards,

Vincent B.
