Can you get a socket location from an animation from a specific time/frame?

Hey, I’m making a sword swing animation, and wanted to safeguard against frame rate drops, so I figured out how to get the amount of animation that was skipped by the frame drop, so I could get the weapon sockets at animation time/frame, do a trace, and repeat until we are back to normal time, but I can’t find anywhere to “Get Location At Time From Animation/Montage”. Does some thing like this even exist?
