It is real pain in the ■■■ to do that on your site. In support article you wrote “Contact us” but didn’t provide any link how to do that.
I’ll let Epic know about the contact us issue, looks like they forgot to add it to that page… In the meantime, here is the link for the page where you can open a support ticket:

It says it’s for Fortnite, but it is actually the place to get support for all issues.
