Can You Crawl Over Pickups?

Hey y’all! Is there a way to update DBNO, Island Settings, or even add scripting to allow players to crawl over pickups in a downed state? Specifically, from a pickup dropped via the Elimination Manager Device. Can’t seem to find any related settings. Thanks in advance!

This should be the option you’re looking for, it will allow you to pick up items while you’re “Down But Not Out”

Keep in mind it also changes other stuff like for example making the player move faster and being able to open doors and If I’m not mistaken interact with stuff like doors
