Can you buy something from the marketplace on one computer can you transfer it to another computer on the same account

I have two computers I use for unreal engine one at school and my personal one if I bought something from my personal one could I download it onto my school computer?

The assests are saved to your unreal account; as long as you have that and an internet connection, you can download them from any computer.

Yes, as samnater stated, any PC that is accessed with the same account can get the assets bought with that account.
