Can we use UE5 to simulate aim assist?

Can I replicate/ simulate aim assist with UE5. I want to make a demo/tool to demonstrate it for gamers and developers. I want network information, free float cameras, bots that can be programmed to repeat a certain action, and bullet lines showing overall accuracy. I also can’t do it myself but the idea is solid. Testing aim assist in game is difficult and only gives us limited data. With the adoption of cross play and aim assist in the industry, I think it would really open up informed debate and allow us to communicate with developers effectively. Can this be done? Is there anyone with the skills and motivation to bring this to the community? I’m open to ideas and discussion thank you for your time.
