Can we use any content on the market place for use in a game we publish?

I am wondering if all content including free content from Unreal Engine’s characters and other free content is allowed to be used in games we publish without any strings attached. I would also like to know if there is any ** copyright** issues when their are different publishers publishing different games but with the same assets. Thanks for any help

Yes you can use them all in commercial projects. The stuff Epic gives away for free MUST be used in Unreal Engine only. Other marketplace assets you buy I believe you can use however you like.
