It has always been a tedious pain to update all packs to include the latest engine version, but its exceptionally painful atm with the random Submit for Review bug that just hangs or quietly fails.
The vast majority of the time though, all I am doing is going into a packs settings > formats > edit > supported version > confirm > submit > wait… and repeat for every single pack. Never anything else needed to update, so there must be a way to batch that, please!
