Can´t install the game, Error code: E150-1041

need help installing the game, i am always trying to install it but i can´t, hope someone help me i have no idea why is apearing this error code

Go to Epic Games settings and turn on “Enable Debug Logging.”

Hey I also have the same error code, enabling debug logging is not a fix for me.
A conclusion I have drawn, is that this error has occured to many of us as of extremely recently therefore this error may be a bug that epic games has to hotfix for it to work again. Otherwise i don’t know how to fix it.

I get the same error code when I try to buy new content from the marketplace in launcher^^
If I try to buy them over the website, it says: “There was a problem processing your request. Please try again later.”

ive been having the same issue and literally reinstalled/ restarted my computer 8 times in the last 2 hours. ive been looking online for the past hour to try and find a fix. thankfully others are going through the same issue so i know its not just me. hope it gets fixed soon.

yeah i have the same error code. maybe this is happening just for tonight. It might work tomarrow

I got a different error code of 150-0. Currently I am able to download after just waiting a few minutes. It is working for me now. 9:47pm EST.

Servers look to be under high load. Below is a snippet from my log file:

Same issue and error code but for fortnite, still not working :frowning:

Servers literally have no extra processing ability is how the *server have no capacity to server request for API group api". It’s either the download servers themselves - most notably it being hometime for most in the US - or it’s the purchase processor that is failing. Either way, time to add a few more servers into the rack Epic Games :slight_smile:
