IB assets themselves are still available afaik, so its an access issue.
Have an older account. It has all the old Infinity-Blade assets afaict.
But the newer account??? It shows almost no assets!!! No idea why.
Newer account was for the Offline-Installer (its not available either).
All tests done with the Epic-Games-Launcher → Linux ‘Lutris’ install.
Anyway, hope everything gets magically fixed eventually somehow! 
EDIT:
Confirmed Infinity-Blade assets are still available on the old account.
But…
Hitting Launcher FAB refresh button on the new account doesn’t fix it.
