Can’t find nor Access Infinity Blade Assets in Library Anymore?

Hello,

I hope this is the right place to ask.

I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble accessing the Infinity Blade assets that I previously added to my library. Since the recent Unreal Marketplace migration to Fab, it seems these assets are no longer available, and I can see them but can’t download them from my library.

It would be a real disappointment if these assets are no longer accessible. I’m wondering if anyone has found a solution or workaround to retrieve them.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any info from Epic Games on whether these assets will be restored or if there’s an alternative way to access them would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hey there @ElSyrer54! Welcome to the community! There are currently some issues regarding downloading of assets in some environments. Primarily MacOS users are experiencing the inability to download much from FAB due to a manifest issue, however there are other sparse reports of users having issues in other environments. Are you by chance on MacOS?

Hey! I’m on Windows 11, and it seems the issue isn’t with downloading but with the assets themselves not appearing on the FAB Marketplace. When I search for them or try accessing them from my library, they’re simply not available to download.

Interesting! So it’s likely a separate issue to the primary issues reported. We may need to file a different report, but first let’s identify what’s going on.

To preface, some assets didn’t make the transfer to FAB and won’t be available for new claims unless they are ported. If you’re looking for assets you had already claimed however, that is a separate issue. Do you have an example of some of the offending assets?

Here’s a full list of assets in my FAB Marketplace library (claimed in UE Marketplace before migration), that are currently inaccessible for download:

  • Infinity Blade: Fire Lands
  • Infinity Blade: Castle
  • Infinity Blade: Temple
  • Infinity Blade: Hideout
  • Infinity Blade: Props
  • Infinity Blade: Warriors
  • Infinity Blade: Adversaries
  • Infinity Blade: Weapons

If the infinity blade assets were claimed prior to the transfer, this would definitely be a bug, as I can confirm with a handful of other systems that they are still available in vault. Missing already claimed content shouldn’t be possible since it just accesses the old Marketplace to retrieve it.

If possible, could you make a report over here?

No worries! There’s been a couple backend updates since that likely resolved it. Let me know if the issue returns!

Same problem here. Trying to download Infinity Blade assets (Win 11) without success. In fab window inside UE Editor the asset page won’t load (black page). In Fab.com when trying to access the assets page I am receiving a " Sorry, we couldn’t find that page." message. I have these assets since “a lot of time”.
Same is happening with some Paragon assets (like Wraith).
Don’t know what to do. Already clean up cookies from Fab.com but still the same. And I am really needing them for a project.

I’m having the same issue with all Infinity Blade content packs.

Same problem for me.

I did claim them a while ago, and now I can add them to a project through the epic game launcher, but there are no access through fab for someone who has not added the assets prior to the fab migration.
Being a teacher, I wanted my students to use the same assets as I do for my exercises, but because of that it is not possible (or rather, pretty cumbersome to do). Any idea when they would be available again?

Have an older account. It has all the old Infinity-Blade assets afaict.
But the newer account??? It shows few assets in EGS. No idea why.
If it matters, this is an Epic-Games-Launcher → Linux ‘Lutris’ install.
New account was for the Offline-installer but that didn’t work either.
Anyway, hope everything eventually gets magically fixed somehow! :crossed_fingers:
