Can’t Access MetaHuman Creator (Always Redirects to Download Page)

Hi, I need help with MetaHuman Creator.

I am in the UK and logged in with my Epic Games account, and I have Unreal Engine 5.6 installed with Quixel Bridge enabled. But every time I try to access MetaHuman Creator (either from Unreal, from Quixel Bridge, or directly via metahuman.unrealengine.com/creator), I just get redirected to the MetaHuman download page, not the creator tool itself.

  • I’ve tried different browsers (Edge, Chrome, even incognito).
  • I am definitely logged in — my Epic ID shows correctly.
  • I can see Quixel Bridge inside Unreal and log in there.
  • But I never see the My Characters tab in Bridge, and I can’t add my MetaHuman into my project.

It seems like something in my account is stuck in a login/redirect loop.

Has anyone else hit this? Or is there something Epic needs to reset on the account side so I can actually access MetaHuman Creator and sync characters into Unreal?

Same for me. Tried all the browsers, cleared cache and cookies, logged in, created a new epic account… still not working.

If MetaHuman Creator keeps redirecting to the download page, ensure you’re signed in with an Epic Games account, using a supported browser (Chrome/Edge), and have Unreal Engine linked. Clear cache or try another browser if the issue persists.
