Hi, I am having problems installing the plugin. These are the steps I am taking.....
- Close sketchup 2022
- Download Datasmith exporter for sketchup pro (Windows)
- Open the Datasmith file from downloads folder.
- Click Next and Allow Changes.
- Accept Agreement
- Click Next
- Install
- Click Finish
- Once I finish installing the plugin. I make sure that it is installed in my computer
- Open both Sketchup and twinmotion.
So the problem is that I am not able to link my sketchup model in twinmotion. I am not able to find the extension in sketchup and I cannot find the extension tools. Did I do something wrong? Am I missing a step?

Thank you for posting in the community your issue with the installation of the plugin. It seems like you are trying to install the latest version 5.0.3 and the toolbar that is being displayed is from an earlier version.

I recommend you fully uninstall the Datamsith exporter plugin 5.0.3 and then remove any old Datasmith exporter plugin you can find in Sketchup extension and toolbars. Also look in the application paths and delete any Datasmith you can reference the article below.

Hi Vincent, are you saying that plugin version 5.0.3.0 will not have the toolbar in the picture below? The only version I can download is version 5.0.3.0. I am using sketchup pro 2022. The steps in the link you sent is for version 4.27.0.0 and for sketchup pro 2021. Please advise. Thank you
