Can someone describe the process of creating IK animation for an UE pack that includes animation sequences?

Hi, I am using the Robo Animals Pack. I am trying to make an IK animation of the cat, such that it walks across an uneven mesh properly.

I am watching tutorials about UE 5 and IK and they all deal with blueprints. The Robo Pack comes with animation sequences but not animation blueprints.

I am not sure where to begin. Any tips?

I see there are animatoin actions under the Create Asset menu, such as create animation blueprint from skeleton. Is that where I start? If so, how to tie the existing animatons into it?

I am new to all this animation craziness, but can figure things out if I see the process.

I think this is a common issue in UE. So many of the advacned animation tutorials are based on blueprints, but very little out there in applying same techniques to non-game environment.
