Can see individual faces on meshes even if they're smooth shaded

I’ve noticed that when my player is near objects he can see each individual face despite me shading them smooth in blender. The first image is a rock I created, with an intentional sharp edge, but everything to the right of it is smooth shaded but you can still see the edges. It’s even happening on my terrain which I used the UE4 terrain tools to build. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hello! Blender doesnt export smoothing groups by default, can you check it? You can use “Face”
in export settings

Hi Kehel, I’m almostttt positive I do have that checked every time but I can check it again. Since the terrain didn’t come from blender I assumed it was something from UE4.
