Hi! The Official Rules (dated 2026-10-22) list Turkey among the Restricted Jurisdictions (“where we cannot distribute prizes to you because of legal or other considerations”), but the jam page says a Turkish translation of the Official Rules is coming soon.
Can residents of Turkey take part in the jam at all, with or without prize eligibility? Or is entry from Turkey not allowed?
