Can not get to the continue button to start a new project screen will not scroll down to expose the button

Is this also happening after application’s reset?
Android phone. Here is a screen shot of when I want to start a new project….I can not get to the continue button
I did not want to remove and replace the app because I did not want to loose older projects
Is it possible that your screen has non-standard zoom or text size settings?
