Yes, I have the same issue too. I tried to change my password, connect on a different VPN server changing browser from chrome to explorer… Nothing changed. I am from Quebec, Canada.

Seems to be back up now, at least in US and Canada. Judging by the error in the bottom right of OP’s screenshot, Epic probably forgot to update an API key before it expired. It’s unfortunate that this happened at least both in February and April 2020 (which I assume were two separate instances).
