After I download the Unreal Engine 4.17.1 does’t work when I click the “Launch”
Hi, click the drop-down arrow beside the Launch button for the engine slot you have problems opening, and select Verify. This will check if your installation went through correctly and you are not missing any file.
Sometimes the launcher doesn’t what he’s supposed to.
I always launch via this path “C:\tools\UE_4.17\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor.exe”
You’d have to exchange this partially with the path you installed at.
In case you used the standart path that’d be something like this:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\4.17\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor.exe”
