I actually found the answer to my problem so hopefully this will help you. First make sure you add all the .net stuff in visual studio (for some reason they were using the 3.1 core which has been dropped from support)…. On top of that you likely need to add the v3 source for nuget (which I also find really bad)…. By default VS was using the offline version and it couldn’t download the ones it needed. Epic if you see this, build system needs a bit of updating…
