Can not Ëdit C++ in Detail Panel

In trying out CesiumJS, I needed to edit the value for DirectionalLight. But when I hit 'Edit in C++,'nothing responded. Is my installation set up properly or am I missing something else? Thanks in advance.

My platform: EU5.1.1, MacBook Air, Ventura 13.3.1(q)

Step to reproduce:

  1. Follow Cesium for Unreal Quickstart
  2. in Step 5 hit Edit in C++ for DirectionalLight component
