I think the most important piece of hardware is the graphics card - what type of card does your computer have?
If it’s something like an intel card with shared memory (the 15.7Gb usable is a hint to this) you could well find it’s not going to handle the jandle…
You can get away with 8 cores, the 11th Gen i7 should be ok.
16Mb of RAM is Ok - 32-64Mb is better, just saying…
