Can I use Unreal Engine without Xcode on macOS Ventura? UE 5.1

I don’t have a lot of free space on my Mac, so I want to use visual code, without Xcode but I have error can I fix that?:

I have Xcode installed and running daily, and I still get this message with 5.1.1.
