if you have the permission then you are good on legal terms. you will have to ask them for permission for monetization aswell. if you as have their permission you can monetize the content. aswell for the video im not too much into cinematics so im not sure how that will be done. but for you to create a cinematic(from what i think) the game must be made from ue4 and you must have access to the project. however i may be VERY VERY wrong on this second part so dont quote me on this.
