im using this Steam application called “Pixel Art Studios” And I was wondering if Im able to use the pixel art animations that i create within the app as Icons? If so, What file type should it be? dumb question probably, but I wanted to make this sword animation i created to be a sword category item in my turn based jrpg.

You can use PNG or JPEG for this, if they’re ANIMATED you want to use GIF or MP4… Though getting them to play within widgets I don’t know about but I don’t see why you couldn’t animate them.

I appreciate the insight! when I get the chance later I’ll definitely experiment, just wondering ahead of time before i start working on it so I don’t waste my time as much. Thanks again!
