Can I use jigglebones in UE4?

Hi there, i’ve been working for a few days now with ue4, and i wanted to use jigglebones, is this possible?

To clarify, jigglebones are physics powered bones, this is an example built in valve’s source:

So if it’s possible how can you do this in ue4?, I already have a model with hair bones, so i want to make those bones be the only ones to be physics powered.
