I was wondering if i can use content from the free asset (advanced locomotion system v4) in my own asset then publish it to the marketplace ? My asset will be paid.

If you sold it as a locomotion system, then no 
You have to add significant value, and would be selling something other than a locomotion system ( probably ).
It’s in the marketplace guidelines.
