I have UE4 installed on my home computer but that has a slow internet connection. can I use another computer with a fast connection to log in to marketplace and download files.Then transfer them in to UE4 on my home computer?

Sure! The trick is that marketplace will ask you which project you want to import the newly downloaded assets to, so you’ll have to have a project that it can compile them to beforehand.

  1. Download the package from the store
  2. Add it to a temp project
  3. Transfer project to home computer
  4. Migrate new assets from temp project to actual project using UE4
