hey sorry I’m new to this but I’m making a scaffold mesh to sell In the market place and since I’m selling it I don’t exactly know all the facts behind liability and infringement. so I’m making a stair set for a scaffold model and I took a pic of a real life scaffold stair step and I want to crop a section of the step out of the picture and use it for the material for my model step. can I do that? is that illegal?
