Can I use a volume in a blueprint to drive when static mesh location change

Hey guys,

I have a grid of cube that have a sine connected to their relative location. So they bob up and down. But additionally I want to effect its relative transform by using a either a capsule or other collider to multiply to the Z location causing whatever static mesh its collided with to go high into the air. Not sure how to go about this. Any tips would be great. Thanks!
