I have a question, can I use a template to publish? The thing is that in the description of the Fortnite page it says that you can alter the islands with your own design, but it doesn’t say anything about publishing.

There aren’t any restrictions about publishing template islands. Although I think you’d still need to become an ‘Island Creator’ to publicly publish anything at this point.
